Welcome to AOVURA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury sport watches. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Use

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and details of our watches as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a model at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including watch designs, logos, images, and text, is the exclusive property of AOVURA. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.

•Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a priority at AOVURA. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Data: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, email, and phone number.

  • Payment Information: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Process and ship your orders.

  • Communicate updates regarding your purchase.

  • Improve our website and customer service.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share your data with essential partners, such as shipping carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and payment processors, to fulfill your order.

•Refund & Returns Policy

At AOVURA, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In the original packaging with all protective films, tags, and seals intact.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Any watch showing signs of wear, resized bracelets, or removed protective plastics will not be accepted for a refund.

3. Custom Orders

Customized timepieces or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for high-value items.

•AOVURA Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Commitment to Excellence At AOVURA, we believe a timepiece should last a lifetime. We warrant that your AOVURA watch will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

1. What is Covered?

This warranty covers the “heart” and face of your timepiece:

  • The Movement: Any internal mechanical or quartz defects.

  • The Dial and Hands: Manufacturing flaws in the aesthetic components.

  • The Case: Structural defects in the stainless steel or specialized materials.

2. What is Not Covered?

To maintain the integrity of our brand, the following are excluded from the lifetime warranty:

  • Wear and Tear: Scratches to the case, bezel, or crystal from daily use.

  • Straps & Bracelets: Degradation of leather, rubber, or surface scratches on metal bands.

  • Battery Life: For quartz models, battery replacement is considered routine maintenance.

  • Accidental Damage: Dropping the watch, heavy impacts, or “acts of God.”

  • Water Damage: Only covered if the watch was used within its rated depth and the crown was fully screwed down/secured at the time of exposure.

  • Unauthorized Service: Any repair, opening of the case back, or modification performed by a third party voids this warranty instantly.

3. The “Original Owner” Clause

This warranty is non-transferable. It applies exclusively to the original purchaser and requires a valid proof of purchase from AOVURA or an authorized boutique.

4. How to Claim Service

If your timepiece requires attention, please contact our concierge team. We will inspect the watch and, at our discretion, repair or replace it with an equivalent model. Shipping and handling fees for warranty service may apply.

5. Required Periodic Maintenance

To ensure the water resistance and mechanical precision of your AOVURA timepiece, this Lifetime Warranty is contingent upon a Professional Service every five (5) years.

  • Service Requirements: This must include a pressure test, gasket replacement, and movement lubrication.

  • Authorized Centers: Maintenance must be performed by an AOVURA-authorized service center or a certified master watchmaker.

  • Record Keeping: Proof of service must be retained by the owner to keep the Lifetime Warranty active. Failure to service the watch within the 5-year intervals may void the warranty for movement-related issues.

  • Appointment Terms & Conditions

    By booking an appointment through the AOVURA portal, you agree to the following terms regarding our consultation services.

    1. Consultation Methods

    We offer three distinct ways to connect with our design and executive team:

    • In-Person: Conducted at our designated office or a pre-approved location in Kuwait.

    • By Phone: A representative will call the primary number provided at the scheduled time.

    • Remote/Virtual: Conducted via secure video conferencing (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet). A link will be provided in your confirmation email.

    2. Booking & Confirmation

    • All appointments are subject to availability and are not considered “Confirmed” until you receive a formal confirmation email from the AOVURA team.

    • Please ensure all contact information provided in the form is accurate. We are not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect phone numbers or email addresses.

    3. Punctuality & Attendance

    • Grace Period: We value your time and ours. A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a “No-Show” and will require rescheduling.

    • Technical Readiness: For Virtual appointments, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video hardware prior to the start time.

    4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.

    • Frequent Rescheduling: AOVURA reserves the right to decline future booking requests from individuals who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend scheduled consultations.

    5. Privacy & Recording

    • Confidentiality: All discussions during the appointment regarding custom watch designs, materials, or business strategies are considered strictly confidential.

    • No Recording: To protect intellectual property and privacy, the recording of Virtual or Phone consultations by the client is strictly prohibited without express written consent from AOVURA.

    6. Right of Refusal

    AOVURA reserves the right to cancel or decline any appointment request that is deemed outside our scope of service or if the provided information is found to be fraudulent.
